I’m moving into this spacious, sunny flat at the end of March and am looking for a sociable, easy-going flatmate to share it with.

The available room is bright and airy, with a floor-to-ceiling window, en suite bathroom, and a full wall of built-in storage.

The flat itself is modern, very well kept, and in excellent condition. It’s on the 8th floor, with high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light throughout. At around 1,000 sq ft, it’s a generous space, so it would suit someone who enjoys a friendly home but also values their privacy.

Location-wise, it’s in a great spot right by the Thames, around a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction, with regular bus routes into central London just outside. Battersea Park is also about a 20-minute walk away.

A bit about me: I’m a 32-year-old surgical trainee, currently doing research for the next three years. I’m friendly and sociable, and I enjoy spending time with the people I live with, whether that’s cooking together, going to the local pub, or just catching up at home. I’m into sport and am an enthusiastic, if very average, golfer.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, considerate, and tidy, who wants a relaxed, friendly home and is respectful of shared space and the occasional early night.
