Hi, I'm Louise and I'm looking for a lodger for my spacious two bed flat. The flat is a duplex with garden and it's own front door, just off lavender hill and 10 minutes walk from Clapham Junction. It’s an easy few stops on the bus to Clapham Common station / 20-25 mins walk. There are really good bus connections running close to the flat so zone 1 is in easy reach. The area has a great range of restaurants, shops and bars.

The room has double bed, large wardrobe, dresser, bedside table and theres a lot of additional storage space in the flat - which helps me with my dive gear and snowboard kit! The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the upper floor which gives a nice sense of privacy too.

You would have a separate shower room and toilet downstairs.

The kitchen in the flat is nice and spacious and I like to cook healthy food at home when I get time.
