The two rooms are available for short let only. From 2-6months.
We have 2 stunning bright double bedrooms in a 4 bedroom house available. All bills are included at £1050 per month for the smaller room and 1200 for the en-suite . There are no contract fees or additional costs. The photos do not actually do this property any justice. The rooms currently have double sized beds, both with great storage underneath in addition to great wardrobe space. They also benefit from large double glazed windows and great central heating.

The property Is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the heart of Clapham Old Town which faces Battersea Power Station. A few minutes walk to Clapham Common, where you can access a variety of bars, restaurants, local shops and supermarkets.

It has amazing transport links. - Overground train, Tube (northern line) and busses are all nearby.

The entire property has recently been re-furbished to an incredibly high spec throughout. It includes 4 double bedrooms, 3 beautiful bathrooms, a stunning open plan kitchen/living room. The 452 towards Kensal rise also runs from this stop.

Wandsworth Over Ground station is a 2 min walk away.
