The flat is situated in a very well-developed residential area comprising two floors with a large kitchen, a living room and a balcony being located on the first floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom being on the second floor.
The flat is for three people and is currently occupied by two man who have known one another for over 8 years. We are Italian nationals, we are outgoing and sociable, your friends are always welcome in the flat. We also respect each other privacy and own time. We usually work a lot Monday to Friday coming home late night and having on weekends.
The location is amazing as it’s just off Battersea Bridge and in a 8 minutes’ walk from King's Road with its shops, cafes, bars and the same distance from Battersea Park. There is a bus station in a 2 minutes’ walk from the house with any bus being able to bring you to either Sloane Square, South Kensington or Victoria station in about 10/15 minutes.

The monthly rent is £750 plus a share in the cost of all utility bills approx. between £70 to 90£ depends on the energy bills mainly.
