My flatmate is sadly moving out so looking for a likeminded girl to take this lovely double room in our cozy flat in Balham. Room comes furnished with bed and wardrobes.

The flat has a good sized living room and kitchen with lots of storage and a bathroom with a bath/shower.

The flat is on a very safe and quiet residential road. Balham station (northern line and overground) is a 12 minute walk. The high street is 10 minutes away with loads of shops and restaurants and a good choice of supermarkets.

Bills are roughly £140 a month including council tax.

About me:
I’m Mary, 22, and just moved to London six months ago after graduating uni and now work in the City. I love socialising, watching movies and having a cheeky drink but also really enjoy going to the gym and reading.

Looking for someone who is fun, clean and looking to be friends, not just flatmates.
