Hi there, we have a lovely double room to rent in Balham.

There is an option of two rooms ranging from 1100-1350

The room has a double bed, bedside table, desk and built in wardrobe with plenty of storage space both under the bed and in the wardrobe.

Bills are roughly £70-90 a month each (depending mostly on gas usage) including wifi, water, council tax, gas and electricity.

Council tax band D.

About the flat:

- located close to Wandsworth common
- 7 min walk away from Balham underground
- 5 min walk from Wandsworth station
- 5 min walk from bus station which offers buses towards Clapham, Oval, Kennington and elephant and castle.

Flat has been fully refurbished in 2021 so is very modern and nice spec inside.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden.

Living room is very bright, spacious and has 3 sofas and a small dining table.

The kitchen is also spacious and has a large fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and washing machine.

We also have a communal garden out the back with space to lock up a bike.

About us:

We are 29 & 28, both young professionals, one of us works For WeWork and the other in finance. Both in office every day.

We are sociable and enjoy heading out for drinks and are both regularly on a weekend.

During the week we are mostly at home on an evening with the odd social activity/sport on occasions after work.

We like chilling in the living room on an evening after work and often watch football/tv series/films.

We are looking for someone who will integrate well with us and enjoys going out and socialising.
