The house is 5 mins walk to Balham station, right opposite a Sainsburys and Aldi, and is right next to the high street.
Both bedrooms are much bigger in person, can fit double beds, desks, lots of cupboards with extra room. We have a large living room area (needs furniture as the current furniture belongs to one of the girls leaving). We have a large kitchen, an outdoor area and a shared large bathroom (shower and bath).

New tenants will have to go through reference checks with the agency we use. Th next tenancy start date is 26th August, however both girls are flexible on an earlier move in date.

Bills not included- they are and extra £100-£200 each month.

I have loved living with my best friends but as they move out to live with boyfriends and onto next adventures Im looking for 2 new friends to move in and make it a home. It does require a bit of furniture and the current girls are happy to sell some basics in the bedrooms.

I am 28, from South Africa, and work as a nursery teacher down the road. I spend a few nights a week at my boyfriends. I love to travel, watch movies, the occasional wine and take away night, and usually at a yoga/pilates class in the morning /evenings.
