Very bright and quiet with garden views. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower.
The room has a large cupboard and built-in wardrobe. A desk can be added if needed. You'll have access to our very large kitchen, laundry room.
We are a Franco-English couple with two children our son Tom aged 15 (neurodivergent) and our daughter Eliza aged 17. We have a lovely cocker spaniel and a cat.
We live between the Commons and are only 2 minutes away from the lively Northcote Road with easy access to Clapham South or Clapham Junction/Wandsworth Commmon mainline train station.
Female student/professional only. We prioritise teachers and NHS workers. We also appreciate tenants with an understanding of neurodiversity.
