Looking for someone to take over a room in our little Battersea Park flat.

The room:
Double room with gorgeous natural light, double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

The Flat:
Our flat has a kitchen, living room and sunny balcony on one level, and then a split bathroom/toilet and the bedrooms upstairs. Also happy to report the presence of a dishwasher!

It is really light and homely, and the landlord is very laid back and responsive. The best bit being that Battersea Park is literally a 1 minute walk away, which is fantastic in summer!

Location:
There is a bus stop 2 mins away and 25 minute walk to Clapham Junction and Battersea Power Station or a 30 minute walk to Sloane Square and South Kensington (or 15 mins on the bus). Parking permits are available from the council for on street parking.

About us;
We are Sophie (30, English), Claudia (23, Australian) and Mitch (27, New Zealand), all work Mon-Fri. At the weekends we tend to go for walks, do yoga, play tennis, read, go to galleries, for coffee, enjoy a glass of wine or dinner with friends etc etc.

About you:
Besides all the obvious (clean, considerate, work 9-5ish...), we are really just looking for someone who is 25+, chill and would want to have a chat, socialise a little, and think of this place as a home, rather than just a flat share.

Boring bits:
The room is available from the 15th March, however this can be flexible. Deposit is £550 and bills come to £100-£110 a month.
