We are renting out 1 or 2 spare double rooms in our house which is in between Clapham and Brixton. We are a couple and pretty easy going and work from the office most days during the week and some of the time we wont be there at all so you will have the place to yourself.
Bills are approx. £200 a month on top and include a bi weekly cleaner.
