A bright and comfortable room is available in my first‑floor flat, part of a charming converted Victorian building. The area is peaceful and residential, ideal for someone who values a calm, low‑key home environment. Daugther was living with me but she has rented her own place with a friend.

I’m friendly, welcoming, and enjoy meeting people from all backgrounds. I love travelling and I’m currently trying to improve my Spanish — or even learn Brazilian Portuguese — so if you speak either, that’s a bonus.
I appreciate a clean, peaceful home, though I’m a big music fan and have a record player and sound system (used respectfully). I’m also into tennis and fitness.
I value privacy, but I’m also happy to be sociable — a balance that tends to make for a comfortable, easy‑going flat share. I am flexiworking, so mostly at the flat but am often away 2-3 nights per week at my GFs.
