Dear Reader,

I am looking to let a decently sized, purpose built double bedroom near Clapham South train station and more importantly Clapham Common!

The bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe, above head storage and comfortable double mattress... The room could include a large floor lamp and chest of drawers but this is your call. The room does too have some book shelves above the bed but these could be removed if desired..

Alongside the room! There is a decently sized front room, bathroom and kitchen! The flat has business grade BT broadband, and the price includes some bills exc. gas, water and electricity. Includes broadband and tv!

The kitchen, as can be seen is well put together, it has a great gas cooker, washing machine, microwave and storage for your food! It has a balcony if you wished to have your breakfast outside

The bathroom has recently been redecorated and comes with a lovely new shower area and pressured shower.

So I am pretty neat and tidy but wouldn't say I am clean freak! Work wise I ran my own company for 8 years before starting a masters this year! It's not long to go, I finish in September and I will be back working again from this point! Aside of work, I'm pretty sporty, I love a bit of tennis, I am level 1 assistant coach, I love a run, plus I do like most sports, playing and watching! Aside of physical stuff, I also love culture, travel and food, and do try to stay up to speed with current affairs. Food wise I am cooker! For me currently but perhaps if you like healthy food I may cook you the occasional thing too...

Location wise, the flat the flat is in a good spot, it's a 7 min walk to Clapham South Tube. Tis easy to get to Streatham, Brixton etc by bus as well 👍🏼

Flatmate wise, I am pretty open really. If you like what you read about me and feel you could work with that then drop me a message. I would certainly respect a persons space but would equally obviously say hi and could for a beer or two when the sun shines!
