We have a lovely room available in a small 3 bedroom flat in Oval!

Looking for a peofessional to take over the room from 1st December (happy to negotiate an earlier lease time)

Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: Included
WiFi: £10 a month
Claner (2x a month): £20 per month (landlord also contributes towards the cleaner)

This is a bright and newly refurbished flat that comes fully furnished. It is located just a quick 5min walk from Oval tube station and has a few bus stops just outside on the main road.

The room comes with build in shelves as well as a desk and 2 drawers left behind by previous tenants. The landlord is changing the bed, so you will have a new mattress and bed in the room once you move in!
The flat itself has a seperate washer and dryer in a seperate cupboard and some additional storage space.

Tesco and Lidl are a short walk away, with lots of different restaurants and smaller corner shops along the way on the main road.

About us, Chloe and me have been living in the flat for the past 3 years so we would love to have someone join us for a longer time. We are both working professionals that enjoy our own space, but also love a got chat in the kitchen.

We are looking for someone to stay for a longer time and would ideally not be working from home full time.
