Hi girls!

We're looking for a flatmate to replace our current housemate for a flat in Clapham South ASAP.

The start date is 6th April but can be slightly earlier and the contract ends 6th July. The rent will be £775, excluding bills, bills come to around £80 The flat has two bathrooms, each with a shower.
