OK so its a large one bedroom flat. I use the living room space so who ever moves in will have the bedroom. There is seating area in the hallway. I have a small dog as you can see in pictures. She is very friendly and well behaved.

Room will be available from 9th September.
The flat is on the 13th floor so excellent views of London, the lifts work well :)
I am 10 minutes walk to clapham common and 20 minutes walk from Brixton. Supermarkets and local shops are just a few minutes away.

A bit about me: easy going, enjoy a few drinks with friends, love cycling and long walks.
