Hi, I am looking for a Graduate Student (any school) in London to takeover my lease at Griffion Studios, Clapham Junction.

Available: 6 July to 23 August 2024 (7 weeks)
Or any 6 week-period ending at 23 August 2024.

Location: 8th floor, Griffon Studios, Winstanley Rd, London SW11 2DL

Rent: £250 per week. Bill-included. Require refundable £200 deposit before checking-in. (Rent is cheaper than my current lease)

Nearby: Clapham junction station (overground) -walk 2 min
Bus e. g. 345 line to South Kensington - walk 4 min
Lidl, Boots, Asda supermarket-walk 7 min

Facility: Your own bed, kitchen and bathroom. Small gym and studying area.
Free: Kitchenware.

**Requirement: Master’s or Ph. D Student in London only (any school in London). Need a student proof to be submit to Gradpad Company (the landlord).
