We have two rooms available in our gorgeous 3 story home, as our current housemates are moving on.

The house was recently renovated and is between Clapham Common/Clapham
North and Brixton which makes travel super easy. It has a (really) large kitchen/dining room with glass back doors onto a garden

We’re 2 29/30 years olds who are sociable, active and enjoy a glass of wine at home just as much as a pint in the pub. We both work mostly in the office, but there are 2 office spaces with desks in the house.

Our favorite thing about the house is the garden (Kyle) and the kitchen (Alice), we’ve been here for 2 years and genuinely love it. The house has lots of storage, light and a really really nice bathroom.

We’re renting out:
- Our downstairs room (£1025) which has a cute fireplace, large bay windows with lots of shelves.
- Whole top floor (£1500), this has a walk in wardrobe, en suite, its own office and Juliette balcony doors.

Both rooms are unfurnished and our bills usually come to about 100 a month. Our new tenancy will start July 15th - if you’ve got any questions feel free to message us!
