Hello!

I am sadly moving out of this lovely flat to move in with my partner and am looking for a replacement. The flat is situated in a quiet and safe estate right next to Clapham Common and a short walk from the amenities of Clapham High Street, Clapham old town and Abbeville village. The room is a large ground floor room with plenty of storage (most furniture in the pictures will come with the room). There is an open plan living/dining room with a new kitchen, and a balcony.

The flat is a four bed and the other three tenants are all lovely girls who I have happily lived with for over 3 years. They would love a flatmate who is friendly and likes to chat in the communal areas.

The current tenancy agreement ends at the start of October, after which the current flatmates may wish to move to a different area of London. Therefore, this could be a short let until October, or should you wish to stay in the flat after this, you could do so with new tenants. Alternatively if you get on with the girls and want to move elsewhere with them, that could also be an option!
