This ad is for a double room in our flat in Clapham North.

The room itself comes with a bed, large wall-mounted TV, open closet, and drawers.

The flat has a nice outdoor area, perfect for drinks and BBQ’s in the summer months. The flat itself is cosy and warm, with a nice bathroom and standard kitchen.

You’ll be living with two male working professionals both in their mid twenties. We are both respectful of each others space and work life while also enjoying socialising in and out of the flat. This often includes the going for a couple pints, playing sports, going to the gym, walks etc.

We’re looking for someone of similar age, who is both respectful and social.

The room is £1,050 per month with bills included. The room is available asap, flick through me a message introducing yourself and we can look to arrange a viewing from there!
