Hi all. I am moving out of this 4 bedroom flat to move in with a friend to a 2 bedroom. This flat has been my home for over 2 years and I'm sad to leave but looking forward to new adventures.
It's a shared bathroom and shared kitchen, no living room and it's on the 3rd floor (no lift). There's a big corridor/entrance with space to hang clothes to dry. We've been sharing kitchen equipment but we each have our own cabinet, own fridge shelf and freezer drawer. There is also a new toilet, bathtub and washing machine and large fridge.
Two of the current flatmates are staying and one is moving in with her boyfriend so this might also be perfect for two friends looking together - my best friend and I have been living here and it's been amazing for us. (I can provide the ad upon request)
The room is big with a large window looking out to a park, and includes a double bed, matress, bedside table (two drawers), big wardrobe. I have a couch which you can keep or I can remove before I move out and an office desk which you can also keep (the office desk is a bit bigger than the one in the photo). The room is really big so you can add more drawers/storage, you can also fit things under the bed.

- 12 minutes walk to Brixton Station.
- 7 minutes walk to Loughborough Junction Station.
- 4-7 minutes walk to closest bus stops with 24/7 routes.
- 7 minutes walk to closest shop, cafes, pharmacies etc.
Rent is £825 and bills come around £100-£120 depending on season, including council tax which is band C - around £50 each.
Viewings can be done virtually or in person - I'm away until the 23rd April so one of my flatmates should be able to hold the viewing but once I'm back I will be holding viewings myself.
