Two 30-year-olds (Jack and Blair) living in a lovely flat in Clapham Common, right in the heart of Old Town, and we're looking for a new housemate to join us in late Jan / early Feb. We‘re both in the office roughly three times a week, enjoy sport, playing golf, heading out for a drink, and making the most of London. That said, we also like to keep things relaxed and make sure our home is a clean, comfortable space to unwind.

The room itself is the largest of the three with a huge storage space, a walk-in wardrobe, an en-suite with a shower, and a personal balcony. The room comes part-furnished with king king-size bed frame, mattress, and two bedside tables.
The flat also has its own concierge, and underfloor heating.

Monthly bills come to ~£170/pp (breakdown readily available per outgoing)
