I’m very sad to be looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving out on the 1st of May with my partner. It’s a super bright and spacious double room in a 3-bed flat right by Clapham North and Clapham High Street (5 min walk to both).

The room overlooks an interior patio/garden, so it stays quiet with no street noise. There’s plenty of space for a double bed, desk, and storage, making it perfect if you work from home. House also has all amenities with dishwasher, full size fridge etc.

The location is the best thing:
• Clapham North (Northern Line) – 5 min walk
• Clapham High Street Overground – 6 min walk
• Brixton – around 10 minutes walk
• Clapham Common – about 12 minutes walk

You’ll be living with Jack, a software engineer, 26, and Tom, 26 who works in healthcare. Both super chill and always down to chat / have a drink.

If you’re interested, send a message with a bit about yourself to arrange a viewing :)
