I'm looking for a new flatmate to share this bright, modern 2-bedroom 1 bathroom flat on the 4th floor, with a lovely balcony overlooking the canal and Hackney Marshes.

The available bedroom is fully furnished, and the rest of the flat comes fully furnished too. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. (Full disclosure: the TV and our beloved coffee machine will be leaving with my current flatmate! 😢)

The location is great for commuting:

10-minute walk to Clapton Station (direct trains to Liverpool Street)
15-minute walk to Lea Bridge Station (easy links to Stratford)

A bit about me:
I'm 29 and work in pharmaceutical research. I'm in the office five days a week and keep pretty busy with hockey, running and seeing friends, so I'm out quite a bit. That said, I also enjoy a relaxed evening at home, a lazy Sunday, or heading to one of our local pubs for a pint.
I'm looking for someone friendly, easy-going and tidy who has their own life but would also enjoy hanging out from time to time - whether that's sharing dinner, watching TV, or grabbing a drink at the pub. It would be great to find someone who's keen to make the flat feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay. ☺️
