Sad to be leaving this place but it’s time for me to move out leaving this room available til end of March (can be a bit flexible on dates)

THE ROOM:
Cosy double on 2nd floor, big window for evening sun, locking door for privacy. I’m moving out so will be taking my stuff out leaving you with the bed, drawers, bookshelf, misc decorations - lots of room for you to make yourself at home!!!

THE HOUSE:
Big townhouse with large living room, kitchen with dining space, big balcony (!!!), 2 bathrooms (one with bath&shower on same floor as the room), secure bike store. Will upload more pics in daylight ASAP.

Short walk (~10 mins) to Hackney Central/Hackney Downs/Homerton, loads of buses close by (242, 253, 425, W15 all less than 5 mins walk), super close by to the big Tesco and plenty of smaller shops locally.

You will be sharing with 3 women all working different schedules, but we like to hang out together / make dinner / watch TV (did I mention we have a big living room???) super chill vibes! We also have a cute cat (you wont have to take care of it don’t worry).

Due to the current household I will only consider giving the room to someone female identifying.
