Hi, we have a clean and spacious self contained studio room to rent for 3/4 nights a week in a beautiful Victorian house with its own en suite shower room and kitchenette, so you will be fully independent.

It is welcoming and fresh, with high ceilings and timber flooring. It has a double bed, a sofa & a dining table (habitat/muji furniture)as well as the kitchenette & shower room..

A large window gives you the privacy of a mini courtyard. We are a married couple, both architects, in our 40s with kids aged 10-12 and are happy to share this lovely big house. It has a shared entrance, but the studio is accessed on the ground floor just by the main door and we do value your privacy.

We are in a quiet residential area, mostly families, on Thistlewaite Road by Clapton Pond (south of the Lea Bridge Road, map comes up with wrong location) and close to the green open spaces of the Lee Valley. The train station to Liverpool Street station is a 5 minutes walk away (journey 7 minutes, every 15 minutes) . There are also numerous buses from the end of the road, including routes to London Bridge, Victoria, Islington, City etc (38, 55, 56, 48 to name a few). The area is very up &coming, with cafes opening constantly. We have a very nice& trendy gastro pub at the end of the road, the Clapton Heart, as well as supermarkets, organic shops, pizzeria etc. We are a 20 minutes cycle to city/farringdon/islington area, or a 25/30 minute bus ride
