Our house is an eight-room very large semi-detached house with a front and back garden. Goulton Road is off Lower Clapton Road in E5 and it is a very quiet one-way street. Buses, train stations, and Mare Street shopping areas are just a couple of minutes away.

The house is NO-SMOKING and DRUGS FREE and we insist people who apply for the room are non-smokers and are not taking drugs.

There are eight bedrooms on three stories, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, storage, tv room, small workshop, attic seating/crash, bicycle canopy lock-up, and patio. 24h wireless super-fast internet broadband, heating hot water all the time, various subscriptions access. All bills and house keeping included.
