Hello and nice to meet you xxx We are subletting our lovely 3 bedroom house from the end of July until the end of august. My name is Denise and I’m a law student, my roommate Catia she’s a clinical psychologist and Verdiana she’s a designer. Me and Catia are planning to leave for a month, so Verdiana will be in the house while we are not there. The three of us are Italian we love cooking, eat, watching movie ( we have an amazing video projector) and spend time in the house in general. Verdiana it’s super super friendly and nice and you will have a very nice time with her whileyou stay in the house. My room is a double bedroom with a lovely bathroom next to the door and Its in the first floor of the house, the second floor is our living room and kitchen, in the third floor it’s Verdiana bedroom and the second bathroom, the fourth floor it’s Catia bedroom. As Verdiana will be in the house alone our idea it’s too sublet to FEMALE preferably. We have a cleaner who’s coming every 2 weeks :). We do have a lovely cat call Coco, but don’t worry Verdiana will take care of the Cat. The first room it’s 1200£ The second room it’s 1200£ with both bills included. If you leave in London we would love to have you over before for a coffe for meet each others.
