A little about me

I’m a Personal Trainer and generally work Monday–Saturday. I’m friendly, easygoing, considerate and sociable, and enjoy a chat while also being very respectful of each other’s own space and independence.

Outside of work I love staying active, spending time outdoors, live music, exploring London and spending time with family and friends. I also really value having a comfortable, relaxed and friendly home environment.

The flat

The flat is a bright two-bedroom apartment with an open-plan kitchen and living area, leading onto a huge outdoor balcony with fantastic views overlooking the River Lea and Millfields Park.

There is amazing natural light throughout the day. The flat is warm and well insulated during the winter and feels wonderfully light and airy throughout the spring and summer.

The available double bedroom is fully furnished with plenty of storage, including a large double wardrobe. There is also super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

Location

The flat is in a fantastic location in Clapton, right on the gateway to Hackney Marshes with an amazing variety of walks, running and cycling routes nearby.

There are great transport links into Central London, with Clapton Overground just a short walk away. Lea Bridge station is also within walking distance, with direct trains to Stratford.

Chatsworth Road and its cafes, restaurants, shops and local amenities are also just a short walk away.

Who I’m looking for

I’m looking for someone friendly, easygoing, clean, tidy, respectful and considerate. I’d love the flat to feel like a genuinely friendly and relaxed home, where we can enjoy a chat when we’re both around.

In terms of work, I’m ideally looking for someone who predominantly works away from home during the week rather than working from home as their main working arrangement. Occasional working from home is absolutely fine.
