Lovely, cosy flat in Upper Clapton/Stokey with lots of character and a lovely garden. My housemate is moving out in January and the room will be available from the 11/12th. The flat is a really nice mix of modern and rustic. It's about 12 min walk from Clapton and Rectory Road stations. I work near liverpool st and the journey is about 35 mins.

The larger bedroom is available which can fit a big desk in, and comes with a wardrobe and lots of storage space, however new tenant will need to potentially buy a bed. Bills come to about £140. Flat is warm, cosy and kitchen appliances are all super modern, including dishwasher. No living room but a mini study and kitchen dining table.

You'd be living with me, a friendly 27 year old who works as an event planner for a law firm. Likes staying in to hibernate just as much as I like going out out. Enjoys pub, films, cooking, music, books, big foodie. I like my own space after work but always up for doing things on weekends etc, and am a friendly and pretty relaxed person to live with. I'm happy to share anything I own!! Like to keep things generally clean but not a neat freak, bit of short-term mess doesn't bother me.

Note**The owners tried to sell recently but weren't successful and have taken the property off the market until next summer. It's possible they'll sell to people who want to keep renting to us, but if not they have to give 2 months notice to us. So we may be able to stay on, but just flagging in case this is a dealbreaker for anyone.
