We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to take over my room in this friendly 6 bed house in Lower Clapton. It’s on a quiet leafy street with a great community vibe- right by Clapton pond. The room is available from the 20th of April.

This is the place for you if you’re looking to join a friendly house, who like to spend time together on occasion such as, dinners, going out for drinks or just chilling in with a film but also give each other space. It’s a spacious house with a lovely garden and a lot of natural light.

Currently the house is an even mix of girls/guys so looking to keep that the same! You’ll be joining 5 others who are all in their late twenties/early thirties working in a range of different professions- LGBTQ+ friendly, open minded and creative bunch.

It’s not a party house but we do occasionally have friends over at the weekend and the odd party, but on a whole like to keep it pretty chill during the week as most of the house have busy routines.

It’s a 6 bed Victorian house, super spacious with a cosy living room (and mini conservatory), kitchen, large garden and 2 bathrooms.

Excellent quiet location and transport links: 10 min walk to Hackney Central/Hackney Downs and Clapton station and 30 minutes to Shoreditch and Hackney Wick. We’re really close to the canal and loads of green space. Also a few minutes walk from Chatsworth Road- which had loads of greats pubs/restaurants/bars.

The room is a large double and is £950 - £1000 per month depending on bills. It’s on the second floor and street facing. I’ll be leaving the bed frame and the wardrobe is available to buy.
