Best coffee shop in London Lodestar is a 5 minute walk. Hackney Downs Studios offer a great bakery, bar & resto. More amazing options are just a few minutes walk or cycle. Hackney Central Picturehouse & Castle Cinema (20 min walk), Broadway Market & London Fields (30 min walk), Columbia Road Flower Market (jump on bus 55) or a short brisk walk to Dalston (20-25 mins). A little bit about me. This is my first flat that I bought after many years renting London (including through this app). I've lived around Hackney for almost a decade and absolutely adore this part of the city. The apartment is an absolute gem, and I recommend you coming to see it if its close to your budget. Work-wise, I've got a day job Mon - Fri and a design label on the side with a studio near Broadway Market. I usually like to work from home a couple of days a week, otherwise I'm in the studio / office. I'm pretty flexible on my side and am sure we can work out a schedule that is convenient for both of us. I am out and about a lot, but also love to organise a small dinner party at home on occasion, enjoy an aperitif on the terrace or watch a movie on a projector.
