Hey all! Subletting my room in upper clapton from July 1st - August 31st (with potential for extension into September)
Bathrooms: 3 (2 showers, 2 toilets total)
Deposit: Half month rent that can be used as rent for the final month of stay.
Parking: No
Transport: 10 min walk to clapton overground, 10 min to 253/254 bus.
This room is for singles only. Everyone in the flat is between 30-35 years old so looking for similar age or experience living in communal situations.
