A lovely room will be available in Hackney Downs from 20/08 until 04/10 with a possibility to extend. It’s a bright and spacious 2-bed flat, 1-minute walk away from Hackney Downs Park and 8-10 mins from Hackney Downs/Central.

You’d be sharing with my housemate Simon who is respectful and clean, and would also like someone independent and respectful, but also open to socializing.

The house is clean and tidy, we share one bathroom with Simon working early hours so the we don’t tend to clash with needing to use it at the same times. We also have a lovely terrace that we share with our lovely neighbours, a couple in their late 20s.

The room:
The room has a big wardrobe, a chest of draws, a small storage unit, and very comfortable mattress.

Rent: £1,250/month + bills
Payment must be received before moving in, and meeting in person oraganised.

Preference for a female, but open to any respectful and clean short term housemates.
