5 WEEK SUBLET IN HACKNEY/HOMERTON | 15 DEC – 18 JAN

Hey! I’m heading back home for Christmas and am looking for someone lovely to take over my room for around 5 weeks, from 15 December – 18 January.

£1,000 for the 5 weeks — but I’m flexible on dates and cost for the right person!

The location is amazing:
• 10 min walk to the Overground
• 10 min walk to Chatsworth Road, with lots of cute cafés, restaurants & a cinema
• 5 min walk to the canal & Hackney Wick
• 5 min walk to Victoria Park
• Basically surrounded by plenty of good spots for coffee, food, drinks and walks

The house:
You’d be living with 4 lovely gals aged 25–31, from Ireland and Aus. We’re a really friendly, social house — we love a couch sesh, cheeky pub trip and hanging out together, but we’re also independent, have our own friends and do our own thing.
We’re looking for someone who’s chill, clean, considerate and happy to get involved with the house vibes. We’d love for whoever stays to feel really at home rather than like they’re just renting a room for a few weeks 🫶🏼
The room itself is big and spacious with loads of storage/space, and the house has a garden, a good-sized lounge and a decent kitchen — so there’s plenty of room to relax and make yourself comfortable.
