Short let in a modest flat until 25 March 2026. Single room offered in Clapton E5. You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with another guy. The flat is very close to Clapton station on the overground. £30 per night if you stay less than 1 month otherwise £20 per nigh plus gas and electric. Both male and female flatmates are welcome. The room has a desk, chair, chest of drawers and a thick excercise mat and a mattress. You have to bring your own duvet, pillow and sheets.
