SHORT TERM LET. Ensuite in my lovely flat in converted pub in Lower Clapton. Inc bills. Queer friendly. 2-bed. I'm Irish Italian, in my mid 30s working in film and doing my PhD and teaching. 80sqm, high ceilings, nicely furnished, double glazing, fully refurbished with new white goods. The apartment and room are mostly furnished so not suitable for people with lots of furniture. I'm v clean, sociable and away a lot for work. In the middle of nice Clapton bars and shops. 5 minutes from Hackney Downs, 5 minutes from Chatsworth Road, 10 minutes from Hackney Central Station. WFH limit of 2/3 days a week, good to give each other space in the house
Currently tenants are there and have moved things around but will go back to this in October.
