We are close to the green spaces of Hackney Marshes and Hackney downs and 5 minutes from Chatsworth Road with its many cafes and shops. There is also a shared sit-in kitchen and large living room.

You would be sharing with only one other person.

I'm looking for a chilled out, mature, responsible working professional, preferably female.

The rent includes all bills, council tax and internet broadband.
