Seeking a friendly housemate to join two friends in a shared 3 bedroom house. Spacious double room with great natural light and a built in wardrobe. Five minute walk from Clapton station with great transport links and direct trains to Liverpool Street. House is spacious, clean and modern with a seperate klitchen, living room, balcony, patio and two bathrooms.

You will be joining a 25 year old male and 24 year old female, both working as young professionals in central London 5-6 days a week. We love climbing, watching movies and going to the pub and are hoping to find someone who we can become friends with.

As a house we share bills, including Water, Gas, Electricity, TV license, WIFI, Home insurance, Netflix etc. These roughly come to £60 per month each.

Council tax band C is £51 per month each.
