Hello! I’m looking for a female who wants to sublet my room for 5 weeks from the 28th of November in our gorgeous house in lower Clapton in Hackney. It's a 15min walk to Homerton station, 16 mins to Hackney Central and Clapton.

The house is a few mins from Chatsworth road where there's lots of local shops and restaurants and just round the corner from hackney central. It takes 5 mins to walk to the canal which is so ideal for runs!

The house has three floors, the ground floor has the bathroom and an open plan kitchen/living room with a sky light so feels very bright!

My room is situated on its own floor upstairs. It has a king sized bed, amazing wfh set up and a tv and with mood lighting. (which is all remote controlled because I am insane xx) It’s such a lovely place to chill in the evening.

The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a boiling hot water tap.

For us it's super important to find likeminded people who are pretty chill. The girls have 9-5’s so it’s important it’s quiet in the week.

PLEASE NOTE, WE’RE LOOKING FOR FEMALES ONLY. Ideally between the ages of 24-34.

The room is £1250 for the 5 weeks (£250 a week) including bills.
