📍The flat is in a prime location. Walking distance to nearest stations Hackney Downs (5 mins) Hackney Central (10 min). Hackney Downs park is 1 min walk away.

Current flatmates are Joe & Joel. Both recently turned 40 and are wonderful to live with. Joe works in fashion as a videographer/Editor and Joel is a freelance design carpenter. They both love their music and have large vinyl collections, enjoy going to gigs, being active, having the occasional pint with friends, as well as cooking and chilling in the flat. 🎵👨‍🍳🍺🏃‍♂️
