DOUBLE BEDROOM IN VICTORIAN TERRACE HOUSE W GARDEN IN HOMERTON NEAR CHATSWORTH ROAD + HACKNEY MARSHES. £945 + BILLS

I’m looking to find someone to takeover my room in our gorgeous house in Lower Clapton/Homerton - close to Homerton station (10min walk), River Lea/Hackney Marshes and Chatsworth Road. The house is 4 bedrooms and has a big living room with a bay window, separate kitchen with dining table, a big sunny garden, back room for washing area and 2 bathrooms.

You’ll be moving in with my 3 lovely housemates aged 29-35. Cissy, F, is a chef, Ollie, M, is an Actor and Sterling, F, works for an advertising agency. They are all really chilled and tidy, as a house we do like to spend time with each other when we're at home (watching tv, BBQs, gardening etc), so preferably we're looking for someone a similar age, who would like to integrate in the house dynamic. We have a little Chihuahua named Tony, so someone who likes dogs is a bonus. Hybrid WFH is fine, we all currently WFH at least one day each a week.

Move in date is 15th November. The rent is £945 + bills (around £120 a month) We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight. The deposit is £1038.46.

The room is unfurnished, but I’m leaving the country so open to selling/ leaving some of my furniture (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, maybe the bed frame)
