I’ve got a double room available in a 2 bed flat (no living room) from 1st of February in (E5).
I don’t own the house I have just been renting here for a looong time and the landlord allows me to deal w the spare room. It’s £675 all included and the deposit is £390.
It’s a double quiet room in Hackney just in lower Clapton Road. There’s 2 cats 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛ and no living room split in 2 floors. Double glassed windows and heating included in rent. Very, very quiet....
The room has a bed, table, chest of drawers, clothes rail... you still have tons of space for a bookshelf, small 1 seater sofa and a coffee table.....
I'm not so good at taking room pics so please contact me and ill send videos and more. The house is very old but I love it. I'm about to do some work in the kitchen so it will look nicer by the start of the year

There’s several 24 h buses right at door step and Hackney central /clapton station/ Hackney downs station is 10 min walk.
I work in the filming industry (costume) so I mostly work.
Im basically never home or always here really depends on yhe project.
I’m pretty easy, respectful and clean but my cats sometimes not so much 😹

I’m a queer goth human into antiques and the house looks just like that lol
I only want to live with girls / non binary / queer people  so please consider this before replying to this add.
There’s a roof terrace in the building and I have a projector in my room and I’m always happy to watch stuff.
Please let me know if you would like to video call to a human to human chat/ see some more pictures since I'm poo at this and a video would make it more justice x on pics looks tiny tho x
