Hey there!

I'm back in New Zealand visiting family and I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for the remaining time that I’m away. Room is available from March 1st to April 7th

This is a townhouse with 4 floors, we have a washer, dryer and three bathrooms so even though there are lots of flatmates there is plenty of room so we are not on top of each other. House is kept clean and everyone us very respectful of the common spaces. The house is a mix of people, mostly in creative fields with varying schedules.

Rent per month including bills is £790 + 1 weeks rent of 197.5= £987.5
