Hi potential flatmates!
A good size, bright double room is available from the 1st of June in 6 bed house with a garden in Lower Clapton. The room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Currently there's 5 of us in the house (4 females, 1 male), plus one very fluffy cat :) We all have our own busy lives, but like to have a meal or a drink together sometimes, when time allows. We're definitely not a party house though.
We are looking for a tidy and respectful professional, who doesn't mind a little ball of fur running around the house, and who will treat the house as a home.
The viewings will be organised next week.
