Hello!

My name’s Maxie, and we have a room available in our genuinely lovely house in Lower Clapton. It’s just off Hackney, which means there’s always something going on markets, coffee shops, pubs… boredom simply doesn’t stand a chance.

A little about the household: you’d be living with Giorgia (29, she/her), Ste (31, he/him), Laura (she/her), and me — Max (29, he/they). We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy the occasional drink together and a good chat, but we’re also very respectful of alone time and personal space. A healthy balance. We are lgbtq+ friendly too.

The room itself is on the top floor and comes with a bed and some storage, but is otherwise a blank canvas for you to make your own. The house has a cosy living room and a garden (yes, really). There’s one bathroom, two toilets (a small but meaningful luxury), and the rent is £756 with bills included. Tenancy ends in August but we’re looking to sign on for another year.

We’re looking for someone kind, friendly, and easygoing, happy to join us for a drink or a hangout, but equally content doing their own thing. If that sounds like you, do drop me a message.
