The flat overlooks the hackney marshes with a 13th floor view! Lots of musical equipment here, so a musician would be ideal. You’re welcome to paint on the walls, I certainly have. There’s a well equipped gym in the building you can use for free, and a concierge at the entrance to collect parcels and that sort of thing. £850 a month, all bills included. The security deposit is nominally £400, but I can be flexible if that’s difficult. I’m a very relaxed, friendly housemate, I enjoy socialising but I’m not too noisy. We smoke in the living room, so probably not the best flat if you hate smoke, although we do keep the door open! You may have to occasionally put up with me practicing the piano, but don’t worry I’m very good. Practically a genius, really.
