Two beautiful bedrooms will be available early August within our amazing Victorian waterside family home directly overlooking the sea. (see photos - that really is what we look out on!)
The first floor room has views of the pier with elegant decoration and the other room overlooks the charming little garden by the terrace.
Directly overlooking our private gardens and the sea, the house has a beautiful shared living room with real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, full size bathroom with additional shower cubicle and washing machine, separate WCs on each floor, spacious hallway and staircase with high ceilings and elegant cornices throughout.
The beautifully decorated rooms are a very generous 14 x 14 ft (4.2 x 4.2 metres) overall and have private wash basins which complement the full-size shared bathroom adjacent. There are built-in wardrobes, chests of drawers etc. for all your things too.
Fresh carpet and hardwood floors have also recently been fitted in the bedroom and there is a nice mix of antique and modern furniture (Brand new bed!) and lighting throughout the bedrooms and elsewhere.
The room is not cluttered with landlord paraphernalia but that proper bed, built-in wardrobes, side tables, antique chest of drawers, lamps (and your set of linen and towels at the start) are all provided. Your own private TV, tea & coffee making facilities etc are, if needed, easily available to work in tandem with the shared kitchen and living room facilities.
Brand new high-speed wireless broadband internet has just been installed by Virgin Media throughout the house - we really keep up with the technology!
This family house is shared with young professionals who work hard during the day but we all relax at evenings and weekends in the lovely home.
Shared cost of consumption of gas and electricity is monitored on a new "Home Hub" SECH tablet meter so that we can all see what we pay to British Gas (gas) and EDF (electricity) during this period of high global energy prices.
Council Tax, Broadband, Water etc are all INCLUDED in the monthly rent of £637 per month.
Short term lets of less than 4 months will be considered at a 10% premium monthly therefore £700. per calendar month.
There is ample street parking all along the road right outside the house and we are 5 minutes in the car from Junction 20 of the M5 with swift driving commutes to all parts of Bristol, the South West, Wales, London and nationwide. There are direct buses into Bristol from right outside the door too and Yatton mainline railway station with direct high-speed trains all over the country is 8 miles / 15 minutes away.
There is ample safe storage for bicycles - we even have a house mountain bike to share.
This home is 500 yards along the sea path from The Beach with its world famous pier and also from Hill Road with its boutiques, stylish bars, coffee shops and restaurants along with a late-night Sainsbury's shop (for anything you forgot to buy at the full-size Tesco, Asda, B&M, Lidl or Aldi in the town. )
These lovely rooms in our totally unique place would suit professionals of any kind looking for a base to relax in at evenings and weekends.

The rooms are big enough for your own “zone” within the house and the big living room and kitchen provide a great place for us to share and have respectful friends and visitors over in a delightful environment.
