We have a large double room available to rent in Colchester. This is a lovely modern house with 5 bedroom with large garden.
The double room is spacious and furnished. There is bed, chest of drawers, table and chair, wardrobe. It is in the second floor and the there is separate bathroom/ shower for you to use it. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dry, fridge so you can use all of them.
Location is great as you can walk to almost anywhere from here.
Our house is walking distance to the Essex University (around 25 min walk), town centre (10/15 min), bus stops, shops, castle park, 5 minutes to Lidl and waitrose. This is a lovely part of town and very popular area.
The rent is including all the bills, wifi.
We are looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful to us.
