I am a live-in landlord. I have a fully furnished, double-room available, which is spacious & light. The communal areas are the bathroom, the utility room, the dining room, the lounge, the kitchen & the garden. My house is walking distance from the town centre. There is a shop around the corner & a bus stop near by. There is also on road parking, if you have a car & I have a shed, if you have a bike. A cleaner comes to clean the house once every 2 weeks. There is no additional cost & up to you if you choose to have your room cleaned or clean yourself. Lovely neighbourhood.
