I have a furnished and spacious single room available to rent immediately, in a lovely 3 bedroom house share with two young female professionals.

The room comes with a bed, with under-bed drawers, a desk and chair, wardrobe and a bookshelf.

The house also has on-street parking and a garden, great for relaxing on a sunny day.

The house has a lovely lounge/ dining area. We are a 10 minute walk from Colchester Town Rail and town centre with lots of shops and restaurants.

The rent is £350 pcm. Bills are included in the rent and this includes WiFi, Sky and a weekly cleaner. The deposit is also £350 and will be required in addition to the first month’s rent before moving in.
